Account and data deletion

Request deletion without reinstalling the app. Send the request from the email address linked to your Samarpan account.

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. Sign in again when prompted to confirm your identity. The app deletes your Firebase account and its cloud preferences and feedback. Bundled music and local favorites remain on your device.

If you cannot use the app, email apps@pragyan.tech from the address associated with your account and request deletion of your Samarpan account and associated data. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account is yours. Do not send your password.

Contact the same address for removal of any externally retained support records. Operational or legal retention requirements, if any apply, will be explained in response to your request.

Delete selected data

You can also email us to request deletion of specific feedback or support messages without deleting your account. Local data can be cleared in app settings or by removing the app. Account deletion does not cancel or refund an App Store or Google Play purchase; contact the store for purchase help.
