In Samarpan, open Contact us from the menu to send a support request with screenshots, create a confidential support work item, or open an email draft. A received in-app request shows a SAM reference.

For help, feedback, score corrections or privacy requests, use Contact us in the app or email apps@pragyan.tech.

Please include the app version, device platform, song title and the steps needed to reproduce a problem. Avoid including passwords or unnecessary personal information.

Bundled scores and music tools work offline. Network access is needed for optional downloads, sign-in, feedback and ads.
